1. Duration and Availability The 30-Day Wash Pass is valid for 30 consecutive days, starting from the date of activation. Wash services are available from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. 2. Services Included The pass includes 1 Exterior Touchless Wash per day. Please note that this service is restricted to the exterior wash only. Additional services are available for purchase (Interior services, spa, etc). 3. Accessing Wash Services No appointment is necessary to utilize your wash pass. To access the wash service, please drive into the drive-thru during the specified hours and speak to Ken Braiser or any available attendant. 4. Liability BMW London is not liable for any damage or loss that may occur to the vehicle during the wash process. By using this service, the vehicle owner agrees to not hold BMW London responsible for any such damages or losses. 5. Modifications to Terms BMW London reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect the rights or obligations relating to the wash pass that were in place prior to the modifications. 6. Non-Exchangeable This pass cannot be sold or exchanged for any cash value. By registering and activating the 30-Day Wash Pass, you agree to the above terms.
